They remember every voice.
Make yours the one that stays.
Flock is a sanctuary for surrendered parrots, finches, and cockatoos — birds that need patient hands and permanent homes.
Before you meet them,
let them find you.
This is what a Tuesday morning sounds like at Flock — a cockatiel working through a half-remembered melody, a conure announcing breakfast, a quiet finch just doing its thing.
Every bird here
has a story.
47 birds. Every one surrendered for a reason that had nothing to do with them. Click any card to read their full story.

Four steps.
One permanent home.
We don't rush the match. The right fit takes the time it takes.

Find your bird
Browse profiles, read stories, feel the pull. When one bird keeps drawing you back, that's information.
No application until you're ready. Browse as long as you need.

Tell us about your home
A short intake form — household type, experience level, and one open question: why this bird? That last answer matters most.
No credit card. No commitment. Just a conversation starter.

Meet in person
We schedule a meet-and-greet at the sanctuary. The bird gets a vote too. Some introductions take five minutes. Some take three visits.
Located in Portland, OR. Virtual meets available for out-of-state adopters.

Bring them home
A $75–$250 rehoming fee covers the vet work we did before you arrived. You leave with a health record, a diet sheet, and our number.
Post-adoption support for life. We mean that.
We don't judge.
We just take good care.
Life changes. Allergies develop. Deployments happen. Landlords change their minds. Whatever brought you here, we're glad you're looking for a safe landing for your bird.
Sponsor a bird.
